A Bit About Me
I discovered Pilates and how it benefited both my physical and mental wellbeing over 25 years ago and was inspired to train with the industry leading organisation Body Control Pilates. I love bringing a sense of fun and humour to my classes, tailoring lessons to the specific needs of each individual client. I specialise in private one-to-one and small groups.
