Covid-19 Policy for face-to-face teaching

  1. Annabel's Pilates will adhere to all government guidelines regarding social distancing rules.

  2. Masks will be used, where required, before and after class.

  3. There will be no 'hands on' correction.

  4. All loaned equipment will be sprayed with a food grade anti-viral spray before each use.

  5. Hand sanitiser will be provided.

  6. Clients will be required to complete a Covid -19 supplementary questionnaire allowing contact details to be provided to NHS track and trace as appropriate.
